Adding email signatures to meeting requests

To allow Exclaimer Signature Manager Exchange Edition to append a signature/disclaimer to a meeting request, add the required message class to the Exclaimer configuration using the instructions below:

  1. Open the Exclaimer Signature Manager Exchange Edition console.
  2. Navigate to Exclaimer > Signature Manager Exchange Edition > Settings tab.
  3. Click the Add button.
  4. Add the message class IPM.Schedule.Meeting.*
  5. Press Save.
