Controlling format using the only in "format" tags

Symptoms

The HTML Formatting is causing the other formats to display incorrectly.
We have an image in our disclaimer and this causes a big space in plain text.

Resolution

You can use the ‘only in’ conditional tags from the {fields} menu. Anything in between these tags will only appear in the format version of the disclaimer, according to the tags.
Open the Disclaimer Editor, click on the {field} menu in the formatting tool bar and select the {Only in “format”} tag you require. For example, {Only in HTML}. This will create the opening and closing tags, with {Only in HTML} text. Copy the required text or image and paste over the {Only in HTML} text, between the opening and closing tags.
