ExSync.exe deployment is delayed when deployed via Group Policy logon script

When using Remote Desktop Services in a Server 2012 R2 environment, by default login scripts deployed via GPO are delayed from executing by 5 minutes. This is to create responsive desktop environment.

This could cause a delay for new users logging on for the first time from receiving an email signature or prevent existing users receiving signatures updates during logon.

Note: The issue does not affect logon scripts specified in the Active Directory user object.

To avoid this behaviour, configure the group policy setting as per below.

Setting Path: Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/System/Group Policy
Setting Name: Configure Logon Script Delay
Supported On: At least Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 8.1 or Windows RT 8.1
Setting: 0

Changing the policy setting to 0 will disable the policy setting and the policy will run logon scripts immediately during logon.
