SYMPTOMS
In the Insert Template dialog box, when I click on the Replace {fields} with content checkbox without selecting a template first I get a ‘Working…’ box that does not disappear.
RESOLUTION
This is a known defect. Simply close the Insert Template dialog box and open it again or select a template to make the ’Working…’ box disappear. Please note, this does not affect Exclaimer Mail Utilities’ ability to process email.
