You receive an NDR message in an Exchange Server 2007 environment when you try to send an e-mail message to an address type that is supported by a fax connector. Microsoft’s KB 952773 advises to disable Exclaimer’s SMTP agent which will result in a loss of Exclaimer’s features.
This issue is caused by Exclaimer converting the case on the address field to lowercase.

RESOLUTION

This issue has been resolved in the latest version of Exclaimer Mail Utilities 2007, 4.60. Exclaimer no longer changes the case of the address field.
