How to Copy Status Logs from Exclaimer Mail Disclaimers

  1. Click on the Status link on the right hand side of the product console.
  2. Double click the required event under the Status tab.
  3. Click on the COPY button as per the screenshot below:

4. Paste the information into a reply email to Exclaimer Support.
