Signature Manager Office 365 Edition First Use Wizard and Autodiscover
During the First Use Wizard for Signature Manager Office 365, you are asked for Office 365 Administrator details:
The recommended option of “Autodiscover the Exchange Web Services URL (Recommended)” should be used.
The other option should only be used if you have not setup Office 365 correctly and Autodiscover does not work. You need to be made aware of this issue, as you will experience issues with other products (including Outlook). You can diagnose this using:
www.TestExchangeConnectivity.com
Then choose “Office 365” tab and “Outlook Autodiscover”. This then gives you a really good output for identifying where your Autodiscover is setup wrong.
