The most common cause to this issue is that the disclaimer configuration does not contain the {Original Email} field or a combination of the {Reply Separator} and {Original Email Below Reply Separator} fields.Resolution
Ensure your disclaimer layout contains either the {Original Email} field or a combination of the {Reply Separator} and {Original Email Below Reply Separator} fields.These fields can be found in the {field} drop down menu on the tool bar of the disclaimer editor.

Using the {Original Email} field will ensure the disclaimer is applied at the bottom of each message.


Using a combination of the {Original Email Below Reply Separator}, {Reply Separator} and {Original Email Below Reply Separator} fields will ensure the disclaimer is applied before the previous message.
