Installation of Exclaimer Signature Manager Exchange Edition fails when Kaspersky Anti-Spam is already installed on the Microsoft Exchange server

Scenario:

You are installing Exclaimer Signature Manager Exchange Edition but installation fails with an error, reporting that the Microsoft Exchange Transport Service cannot be started. The error shown below is also visible in the Windows Event Viewer:
