We use Exclaimer Signature Manager Exchange Edition/Mail Disclaimers - how can I view the signature in an email before I send it?

Scenario:

You have installed Exclaimer Signature Manager Exchange Edition or Exclaimer Mail Disclaimers, and users wish to view the applied signature in emails, before sending.

Solution:

Both Exclaimer Signature Manager Exchange Edition and Mail Disclaimers append signatures AFTER messages have been sent. Senders can view applied signatures in their Sent Items folder, provided that the Sent Items Update feature is enabled.
